Lokalita Na Vackově je jednou z dynamicky se rozvíjejících čtvrtí Prahy. Výstavba nových bytových komplexů se stala hlavním trendem v rozvoji této oblasti a zadání této architektonické studie není výjimkou. Cílem je vytvoření nové rezidenční výstavby v dané lokalitě, která je přimknutá k Malešické ulici z její severní strany. Návrh musí respektovat stávající zástavbu v okolí a zároveň nastavit trend pro jeho budoucí rozvoj. Kapacity navržených objemů se pohybují okolo 25 000 m2 HPP v cca 290 bytových jednotkách.

Návrh rezidenčního komplexu se zaměřuje na stanovení soudobé identity, tváře. Principy definující tuto identitu se uplatňují v celku i detailu a sjednocují návrh v komplexní a výrazný dům. Idea hory a jejího nitra, jeskyně-grotty rozvíjí utilitární myšlenku řešit návrh jako městský blok s vnitřním dvorem. Výškové a architektonické pojetí bloku v jednom celku a funkce dvora jako nitra hory se prolínají do nezaměnitelného a výrazného vzhledu, IDENTITY.

// en // Na Vackově is one of the dynamically developing districts of Prague. The construction of new residential complexes has become a major trend in the development of this area and the commission of this architectural study is no exception. The aim is to create a new residential development in the locality, which is adjacent to Malešická Street from its northern side. The design must respect the existing development in the vicinity and at the same time set the trend for its future development. The capacities of the proposed volumes are around 25 000 m2 HPP in approximately 290 residential units.

The design of the residential complex focuses on establishing a contemporary identity, a face. The principles defining this identity are applied throughout and in detail, unifying the design into a comprehensive and distinctive building. The idea of the mountain and its interior, the cave-grotto, develops the utilitarian idea of resolving the proposal as an urban block with an inner courtyard. The height and architectural concept of the block as a whole and the function of the courtyard as the interior of the mountain merge into an unmistakable and distinctive appearance, IDENTITY.
